Lithuanian Minister of the Environment, the City Council of Borodyanka (Ukraine) and the Mayor of Bucha (Ukraine) signed a MoU to develop a 3D urban planning tool that will contribute to the reconstruction of war-affected towns and cities in the Ukraine
